Sander, Export assistent in Aalsmeer
Fleura is a well organised company. The lines between managers en employees are short, everyone knows what’s expected from him or her. In the business rules it is precisely specified what your rights and obligations are, and also very important, our salary is payed out in time every month. You know what to expect!
In the cut flower industry we work with daily fresh products. This means that the flowers that have been bought at the auction today, will for the main part be transported to their destination on the same day. It satisfies me when at the end of a workday the whole distribution area is empty, and if the sold goods are ready to be transported to several countries in Europe.
During our peak days around Valentines day or Mothers day everyone gives a little extra. The working days usually are a bit longer, but when everyone gives his best, time flies. When it’s really hot outside, our working days usually are a little shorter, but then it’s not bad to be ready a little earlier.
